Springfield Autobody and Towing is Hiring an Auto Body Painter Near Springfield, IL
Responsibilities:
- Perform auto body repairs and restoration on vehicles
- Repair and replace damaged vehicle parts
- Perform heavy lifting as required for repairs and installations
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
- Perform auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques
- Detail vehicles to ensure a high-quality finish
- Use buffing techniques to restore the shine of painted surfaces
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Experience with airless paint spraying techniques for auto painting
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
